To reach the starting point of this picturesque walk, ask your navigator to take you right to the ‘Rimonta lakes car park’.

From here you start the easy loop trail of about 2.5 km, which is always on flat terrain. The area is very special and originates from the meeting of the Rimonta tributary and the Piave river.

The natural site is characterised by resurgences and great biodiversity. Various species of trees and flowers proliferate, such as the white hornbeam, willow, poplar, ash, orchid and water iris. Encounters with the various animals that live there, such as woodcock, duck, fox, hare or roe deer, are not uncommon.

In addition to the sumptuous natural landscape, along this route you can admire numerous artistic installations depicting fantastic animals and creatures, built by local craftsmen who give their interpretation of the history of the place and its fauna and flora.

After the passage of storm Vaia in October 2018, some artists created new sculptures on the trunks of fallen trees as a symbol of rebirth and resilience of the community.

A truly unmissable experience, especially for children!
